Pre-Registration and Payment Deadlines : 27th of September 2012
For Conference Attendees registration is a 3 steps procedure :
- Go to the "Register" section. Create an account on the conference platform. This account will be used for all scientific communication including submission of abstracts and papers. Once completed come back to this information page and go to step 2.
- Next Fill the financial pre-registration form on http://dr02.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/pre-inscription.php?colloque=106& lang=en . No payment is requested at this stage, but you must choose your class of registration (see below for the different classes). The information will be checked by the organizers (in particular the registration class), your financial pre-registration will be validated and an e-mail sent back to you (indicating to proceed to step 3. below).
- After receiving acknowledgment of financial pre-registration, proceed with payment of registration fees at http://dr02.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/valider-inscription.php?colloque=106& lang=en. For this step please remember what you entered into "First name", "Last Name" and "e-mail" in the financial pre-registration.
For Accompagnying persons who wish to come to the Conference Diner, go directly to the financial pre-registration and registration forms following steps 2. and 3. above (take registration class "Conference Dinner").
There are several Classes
- Normal Registration (43.06 Euros with VAT) for all attendees to the conference
- Normal Registration with Conference Diner (105.25 Euros with VAT)
- Conference Diner (62.19Euros with VAT) for accompagnying persons
- Invited by the organizers (0 Euros)
